Students must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration, including full name, contact details, and any required identification as specified.

Course access is strictly non-transferable and intended for personal educational use only. Sharing account credentials or course materials with third parties is prohibited.

We reserve the unilateral right to deny, suspend, or cancel access in cases of misconduct, violation of policies, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Course access is provided for the specified duration from the enrollment date. Extensions may be available at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

All course fees must be paid in full before course access is granted. We accept various payment methods as specified on our platform, including online transfers and digital payments.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days from the approval date. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis as per our refund policy.

Any discounts, promotions, or special offers are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless specified.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Students are responsible for any taxes associated with their enrollment as per government regulations.

All course materials including videos, worksheets, presentations, study guides, and supplementary content are the exclusive property of NextGen Skill Center.

Students are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, sharing, or reselling any course content without explicit written permission from NextGen Skill Center.

Certificates issued upon course completion are for educational recognition only. Their value and recognition are as per institute policy and industry standards.

Enrollment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use of the course materials during the access period.

Maintain professional conduct, respect instructors and fellow students, and adhere to community guidelines during all online and offline sessions.

Protect login credentials and never share them with others. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Ensure adequate internet connection, compatible devices, and required software for optimal online learning experience.

Regular attendance and active participation are expected for maximum learning outcomes and certificate eligibility.

Our services are provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service at all times.

We are not responsible for data loss, technical failures, or information misuse caused by third-party services, internet providers, or user devices.

While we strive for educational excellence, individual learning outcomes may vary based on student effort, background, and engagement level.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately without prior notice in cases of: - Breach of these Terms & Conditions - Misuse or abuse of services - Non-payment of applicable fees

Students may request account termination by contacting support. Note that fees paid may not be refundable based on the timing and circumstances of termination.

Upon termination, we may retain student data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Terminated students may be restricted from future enrollment at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City/State], India.
